Service and accounts

HIEQ translates selected messages, polishes drafts and helps prepare replies. Install through the Chrome Web Store and register or sign in inside the extension. Protect credentials, provide accurate information and use only accounts and content you are authorized to access. The website itself does not register accounts or take payments.

You must be at least 14, meet any higher local minimum and have legally required parent or guardian involvement. Business users must have authority to submit their business's information. Use of HIEQ is subject to these terms and applicable law.

20 free uses and limits

New accounts receive a one-time grant of 20 AI credits when their product account is initialized. This is not a daily allowance or a reward for each sign-in. Each successfully completed AI request consumes one credit. Translation, generation, refinement and translating a result may count as separate requests. Choosing already generated styles or copying text does not itself consume a new credit.

The extension displays the current balance. Request frequency, daily quotas, concurrency and service capacity limits also apply; 20 credits do not guarantee 20 requests in one day. Unresolved requests may temporarily reserve a credit until their outcome is established. Do not create accounts or retry to evade limits. Free credits are not cash, transferable funds or unlimited service. Future paid offers require separate price and payment disclosures; this website does not enroll you in a paid subscription.

Content and AI output

You retain your rights in submitted content and authorize HIEQ and the providers identified in the Privacy Policy to process it for the requested features. Submit only content you have rights or permission to use. Do not use HIEQ for fraud, harassment, unlawful content, unauthorized access or interference with services.

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate. Review facts, translations, tone, prices, dates and commitments before sending. HIEQ does not automatically send messages, provide professional legal advice or guarantee sales or business outcomes. Website scenarios and illustrations are examples, not testimonials or guaranteed results.

Availability, rights and ending use

Availability depends on Chrome, authentication and AI providers, networks and safety limits. We may update features or reasonably restrict abuse and suspend access for safety or legal obligations, with explanation where feasible and legally required. You may stop using or uninstall HIEQ at any time. Uninstalling or signing out does not delete server records; send account and data-deletion requests to the contact below.

HIEQ branding, software and website materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rights; these terms do not transfer ownership. Except where law requires otherwise, service is provided as available, without guaranteed uninterrupted availability or error-free output. Nothing excludes rights, remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. No mandatory arbitration or chosen court is imposed in this notice.

Privacy, changes and contact

The Privacy Policy explains account data, selected text, AI providers, international processing and deletion requests. We update the revision date when these terms change and provide notice or seek agreement where required. Contact janine.cheng22@gmail.com for support or concerns.
