How do I get started?

Install HIEQ from the Chrome Web Store on your computer, then register or sign in inside the extension. New accounts receive 20 free AI credits once.

How do the 20 free uses work?

New accounts receive a one-time allowance of 20 AI credits, not 20 per day. Each successfully completed AI request uses one credit; generating, refining and translating a result can be separate requests. Selecting a reply style or copying text is not a new AI request. Rate, daily and service-capacity limits still apply. Check your balance in the extension.

Can I install it on my phone?

The extension is intended for desktop Chrome. You can browse the examples here on your phone, then open the store listing on your computer to install.

Does HIEQ send messages for me?
